April 6, 2005: Governor Henry signs into law SB464 making GUSTY® the official state cartoon symbol for Oklahoma.

February 7, 2005: Senator Scott Pruitt and Senator Jim Williamson introduce SB464 to induct GUSTY® as an official state symbol for Oklahoma. House Representative Pam Peterson co authors for the House.

Meet Don Woods and get a signed autograph and GUSTY® print courtesy of Bill Haynes on Sunday, October 23rd from 3 -5 pm.

September 12 - 16th, 2005: The GUSTY® artform on site at the Arkansas Valley State Bank in Broken Arrow, OK. "Dress GUSTY® in Historic Period Clothing" was the theme for the art contest.

August 26 - September 2, 2005: The GUSTY® artform on site at the Krispy Kreme in Tulsa. Krispy Kreme hosted a special art contest.

August 2, 2005: The GUSTY®artform is on site for opening ceremonies of the new Indian Health Clinic located at 1628 S. Main in downtown Tulsa. Don drew personal GUSTY's® and a special mural for the wall.

August 20, 2005: Don and GUSTY® artform is on site for the Broken Arrow Business Expo at the Broken Arrow Community Center. Don will draw personal GUSTY's® from noon till 2pm.

July 27 - Aug 8, 2005: The GUSTY® artform can be seen touring at the Tulsa City Plex Towers in the main lobby.

July 26, 2005: Drums of Summer at Broken Arrow High School Stadium.

June 30 - July 5 , 2005: East Tulsa Dodge displays the GUSTY® artform. Thank you!

November 4th: Hardesty Library, Tulsa, Ok 6:30pm - 7:15pm. Join Don in a special presentation of Woods Weather Proverbs for children ages 7 - 12 years. The children treated to a MERRITTS BAKERY custom GUSTY® cookie.
